Terms of service
ARIA Terms of Service
Effective date: October 21, 2026
Welcome to ARIA, a digital wellness education brand operated by Bookmai Consulting (“ARIA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a business based in Georgia, United States.
These Terms govern purchases and use of our website and digital products.
1. Products and Pricing
ARIA offers digital educational publications, including The Peptide Glow-Up Guide. Product descriptions specify the content, format, and price. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
2. Purchases and Payment
Orders are processed through the payment options displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes and charges, if any, are disclosed during checkout.
3. Digital Delivery
Our products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped.
After successful payment, customers receive access to their purchased PDF through our digital delivery service. If a download is missing, defective, or inaccessible, please contact obantedesigns@gmail.com.
4. Refunds
Because digital publications can be accessed immediately after purchase, sales are generally final once access has been provided.
However, customers may request assistance or an appropriate remedy for failed delivery, defective files, duplicate charges, or other circumstances covered by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights.
5. Intellectual Property
All original ARIA publications, designs, text, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
A purchase grants a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the purchased digital publication for individual educational purposes.
Redistribution, resale, commercial reproduction, or unauthorized sharing is prohibited.
6. Educational Disclaimer
ARIA provides general educational information about beauty, wellness, and scientific research.
Our publications do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or an individualized recommendation to use any medication, peptide, or other substance.
Scientific evidence and regulatory status may change. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for personal medical decisions.
7. Website Availability and Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product descriptions and functional digital delivery. We may correct errors and update our website and future publications.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ARIA is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of our publications or reliance on educational material as individualized professional advice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, shared, and protected in connection with our website, purchases, and customer support.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, to the extent permitted by applicable law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections or jurisdictional rights.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and effective date. Changes will not retroactively remove rights associated with completed purchases.
